The S.D. Vidya School, Ambala Cantt was established in 1985 by the S.D. College Society, Lahore (founded in 1916) and has a glorious history. The school owes a lot to its founder President Late Dewan Raghunath Sahai ji who believed that the educational institutes are temples of learning. At present Mr. B. K. Soni, grandson of Dewan Harikrishna Das ji is the President of the S.D. College Society (Lahore) New Delhi. The school aspires to provide quality education blended with Indian Heritage and Modern Educational Trends due to which the school has gained glorious heights in Ambala and is radiating all around THE LIGHT OF KNOWLEDGE.
