Established through a collaboration between the Delhi Public School Society and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Delhi Public School ONGC Nazira was set up in the ONGC Township at Ligiripukhuri, Nazira, to serve the educational needs of employees from Lakwa, Geleki, Sivasagar, and Nazira - and to extend those opportunities to the wider community of this part of upper Assam.
