The Radiance School

Set on Agroha-Barwala Road in Mirpur, Agroha - a clean, open stretch well away from the congestion of Hisar city - The Radiance School was established in 2021 under the Radiance Educational Trust and received CBSE affiliation (No. 532074) for the period 2023 to 2028. The campus sits in a picturesque, green environment outside city limits, a deliberate choice by the Trust to provide children with a calm and focused learning atmosphere that most urban schools in Hisar cannot offer. The school functions as a co-educational, English-medium, independent institution catering to students from Nursery through Class 10, with 18 classrooms spread across its 12,500 square metre campus and a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:25.

The Radiance School follows the CBSE curriculum and places English as the campus language — giving it significant weight as a medium of daily communication and instruction, not just as a subject. Principal Vinod Poonia, who holds an M.A., B.Ed., and MBA and brings 12 years of administrative and 7 years of teaching experience, leads the academic programme. The school’s key features include CBSE-oriented curriculum delivery through active and integrated learning, well-trained faculty with a focus on qualitative outcomes, and annual excursion trips alongside house competitions in academics and sports to build a structured co-curricular experience for students.

The campus infrastructure at The Radiance School Hisar includes spacious, air-conditioned classrooms with smart board facilities, a well-stocked library with a dedicated reading room, fully equipped science laboratories, a modern computer lab accessible to students from Class IV onward, and outdoor sports facilities covering Athletics, Badminton, Football, Cricket, Basketball, and Roller Skating. School transport operates with air-conditioned vehicles and strict safety measures - a feature that parents from Hisar and surrounding villages along the Agroha-Barwala Road have noted as a practical advantage for daily commute.
