Founded in 2023 after the Bhubaneswar-based ODM Educational Group (established in 1989) acquired and relaunched the former NHIT School, ODM International School, Durgapur is a K–12 CBSE institution spanning a 2.4-acre (9,057 sq. m.) campus with over 60,000 sq. ft. of built-up area on South GT Road in Palasdiha (EducationWorld, Mandatory Public Disclosure, Information Booklet 2025–26). Guided by the motto "Be Good and Make Others Good," the school implements a proprietary CPX 360° Learning Model (Character, Potential, Excel) that pairs CBSE academics with weekly character-building classes, personalized goal-setting, and mentorship tracking (About Us, Information Booklet 2025–26).
