JIET Convent School

Established in 2019 on Safidon Road in Uttam Nagar, Jind, JIET Convent School operates under the Jind Education Trust - the same educational body that has been running the Jind Institute of Engineering and Technology since 1998, bringing over two decades of institutional experience to this school venture. The school sits near the JIET College campus on Safidon Road, Jind - PIN 126102, and functions as a co-educational, English-medium institution offering both day schooling and residential boarding facilities for boys and girls. Currently enrolling students from Class 1 through Class 8, JIET Convent School is affiliated with the ICSE board and reflects the Trust’s ‘Good to Great’ philosophy that runs across all its educational institutions.

JIET Convent School follows the ICSE curriculum through English-medium instruction, with a classroom environment supported by 18 functional desktop computers, 5 LED screens, a functional digiboard, and internet connectivity - a digital infrastructure that places it ahead of many comparable institutions in Jind district. The school building is privately owned with a pucca boundary wall, 14 classrooms, 4 additional rooms, 3 boys’ toilets and 4 girls’ toilets, with drinking water and handwash facilities available across the campus. A total of 10 teachers currently serve 374 students enrolled across Classes 1 to 8.

As a boarding school in Jind, JIET Convent School offers residential facilities for both boys and girls — making it one of the few fully residential and day boarding options available in Jind city for families from Jind and surrounding districts of Haryana who seek structured English-medium ICSE schooling with on-campus stay. The school’s location near JIET College on Safidon Road ensures a campus environment that benefits from the broader infrastructure and institutional culture of the JIET Group, which has been recognized for its industry-institute engagement and student-development approach across its Haryana campuses.
