About Abode School
Guided by the philosophy of “Strong Minds & Happy Souls,” ABODE School began as a Montessori preschool in Tellapur, Hyderabad in 2012 and has since grown into a full K-12 campus - one of the few schools in this part of Hyderabad offering an integrated Cambridge and CBSE curriculum from Preschool through Grade 12. Run by Ragadhyana Educational Institutions Pvt. Ltd., the school is located near Aliens Space Station in Tellapur, a rapidly developing residential belt on the western edge of Hyderabad, and serves families from the surrounding communities of Tellapur and Kondapur. The school’s founding philosophy celebrates the uniqueness of each child and places creative freedom alongside structured academic rigour.
ABODE follows a carefully layered academic structure: Montessori philosophy for children aged 18 months to 6 years, an integrated Cambridge and CBSE curriculum for Grades 1 through 7, and from Grade 8 onwards, students may choose between the Cambridge (IGCSE) or CBSE pathway - with the school providing comprehensive support for both. This dual-board approach makes ABODE School a distinct choice among CBSE schools in Tellapur, particularly for families who want flexibility in higher secondary pathways. The school’s Book Bag Programme, referenced by multiple parents, supports early literacy from as young as four and a half years. Clubs covering debate, drama, robotics, and environmental initiatives run alongside sports in cricket, basketball, football, and athletics.
The K-12 Tellapur campus features spacious well-ventilated classrooms built for collaborative learning, science labs aligned with both Cambridge and CBSE requirements, a diverse library, Montessori-equipped preschool environments, dedicated play areas, an amphitheatre for performances, and sports facilities. The school’s differentiators as listed on its website include personalized learning, unique pedagogy, literacy excellence, and a Multiple Intelligence-based teaching system - an approach that has earned consistent praise from parents in testimonials published on the school’s official website.
